Erin Shelton

Erin Shelton joined Key Concerns in 2008 as an Investment Advisor Representative.  She graduated from the University of Michigan in 2001 and spent her early career in the non-profit field working with people with disabilities and working on grant proposals.  She understands the concerns that families have when they are planning long-term, whether it be for college or planning for a child with special needs.  Erin approaches clients with a genuine concern for their future, not assets under management.  Erin has two young children and understands managing a household and planning for the future.  For fun, Erin plays drums in her church’s praise band.

Jennifer Brown

Jennifer Brown joined Key Concerns in 2011 as an Investment Advisor Representative.  She brings creativity and compassion to our clients, as she approaches finances from a “been-there, done-that” perspective.  Jennifer was a rock star and passed the series 65 exam with no problems. Jennifer worked in accounts payable, and also worked in a credit union accounting department.  She utilized her ability to work in many different capacities as an office manager, until she became a stay-at-home mom and wore all the hats that requires.  She is a mother of three young children and balances all aspects of life with ease and a sense of humor. Jennifer is a graduate of the 2014/2015 Leadership Monroe Class.
